Thank you for shopping with Clinara. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return window: You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged). Your item must be in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non‑returnable items: The following items cannot be returned: digital products or downloads, gift cards, and final sale or discounted items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout).

How to start a return: To start a return, contact us at [support@example.com] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
